Accessibility Guide

We are partnered with The Access 2 Program, to support anyone with disabilities that may require support persons. Once certified by an authorized health care professional, the individual will receive a personalized Access 2 card.

This card indicates to the ticket seller that the individual requires the support of an attendant, to which participating venues grant one free admission, while the person with the disability pays their regular admission fee.

For more information, please visit https://access2card.ca/ .

The hotel and its associate spaces are wheelchair accessible. Much of the hotel and convention space is carpeted, which can reduce wheel speed for those with walkers or wheelchairs.

Keycon has a quiet room for people as needed, please visit Ops if you are having difficulty locating it. Available upon request, we also have a spare pair of over the ear headphones for auditory overload individuals. We also do have a downloadable version of our accessibility guide for those who may require it during the convention.

Gender neutral washrooms have a gender neutral sign outside the door. There are 2 available, one on the main floor across from the Magellan room, and another in Ops (3rd floor).

We have requested that all hospitality suites provide a list of ingredients for all food and beverages offered (this will either be posted or available upon request).

Our hotel does have feather bedding as a standard, however non-feather bedding is available upon request. Please contact hotel2025@keycon.org if this accommodation is needed, upon booking your hotel room.
