Book Your Hotel Room

Thank you for wanting to support Keycon by booking a room at the hotel. Your stay helps us use this space to its full potential. It is greatly appreciated and will help the convention continue and grow. 

We have sold out of hotel rooms in the main hotels every year, so we encourage you to book as early as possible. Lowest fixed group rate must be booked before 30 days on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once your rooms have been confirmed by the hotel liaison, you can make payments for your room/rooms via our Paypal portal, rates (per night) are: $245.04 for a standard room and $268.49 for an executive suite (limited availability). If you prefer not to use paypal then you can also e-transfer to treasurer2025@keycon.org. Please note, all payments must be completed by 9th of May (the Friday before the con).
