Location
Keycon will be held at the Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites, 1800 Wellington Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; May 15-17, 2026. You may sign up for Marketplace (Vendor or Exhibitor) tables by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
Note: The Keycon Marketplace is open to the general public, convention passes are not required.
Who Attends
Keycon is attended by fans of Science Fiction and Fantasy in all forms (movies, television series, video games, books, and more), table top & role play game enthusiasts, artists and costumers. There is also overlap with other genres, including Comics, Anime, and Horror.
Hours
Our Marketplace Hours are as follows:
- Friday: 7pm-10pm
- Saturday: 10am-8pm
- Sunday: 10am-4pm
Vendors will have access:
- Friday: 5pm-7pm (setup); 10pm-10:30pm (refresh)
- Saturday: 9:30am-10am (refresh); 8pm-8:30pm (refresh)
- Sunday: 9:30am-10am (refresh); 4pm-6pm (tear-down)
Spaces Available
Vendors will be provided with a regular booth, one sided, 8 x 8 feet, with one table 6 x 2 feet. Each booth will receive 2 chairs. Additional tables and chairs can be provided at an extra fee. Due to the limited space, Vendors may be limited to one booth or table space.
Fees
Regular booth $100
Refunds and Cancellations
Full refunds for booths and furnishing are available up to 1 month prior to the first day of the event. A 50% refund will be available up to 1 week prior to the first day of the event.
Additional memberships are not refundable.
Electricity and Other Special Requests
Please indicate your electrical and other special requests on the Keycon Vendor Application Form. Electricity will be provided on an as available basis.
Advertising
All Vendors will also receive a business card sized advertisement (3.5×2”) in our program book and a link on our website. A larger and/or more prominent advertisement may be purchased if a vendor desires at a discount rate. Dead-line for all advertising copy is 1 month prior to the first day of the event.
Convention Memberships
Vendors have access to the Market Place and public areas of the hotel, but this does not include our other programming space. Other programming space is restricted to Convention Members only.
Up to 3 registrations for convention memberships may be provided at a discounted fee for registered vendors and their staff. Please specify if you wish to purchase a membership with your spaces on your application.
Additional Information
Vendors must only display and/or sell merchandise, which is consistent with all International and Canadian copyright and trademark agreements, as well as all laws of the City of Winnipeg, the Province of Manitoba and Canada.
We do not allow products made by Artificial Intelligence.
Contracts and payment methods will be provided closer to the convention.
