Once we know our venue, we will update this information. For navigating our website, please note the accessibility tool in the lower-right corner.
What are we doing already to be accessible to all?
Keycon has a quiet room for people as needed, please visit Operations if you are having difficulty locating it. Available upon request, we also have a spare pair of over-the-ear headphones for auditory overload individuals.
We are partnered with The Access 2 Program, to support anyone with disabilities that may require support persons. Once certified by an authorized health care professional, the individual will receive a personalized Access 2 card.
This card indicates to the ticket seller that the individual requires the support of an attendant, to which participating venues grant one free admission, while the person with the disability pays their regular admission fee.
We have requested that all hospitality suites provide a list of ingredients for all food and beverages offered.
Our hotel does have options to accommodate accessibility and allergy needs. Feather bedding as a standard, however no-feather bedding is available upon request. An accessible bathtub is also available upon request. Please contact our hotel leaison if either accomodation is needed, upon booking your hotel room.
Not all required supports needed are obvious. While working with the hotel I know to ask about gender neutral washrooms and ensure there is a quiet area people can go to if they are feeling overwhelmed.
While designing our convention we try to think of what people we know need, but that might be leaving you out. Please feel free to fill in the online form to make requests. If we cannot accommodate your need, we will let you know. Some things are beyond our control, but we will do our best..
