Here’s who is helping plan the con.

The Convention Committee (ConCom) are the the folks who have worked hard all year to bring you the convention. Contact email addresses will be added soon. Note that we have some positions we are still hoping to fill. If you think you would be good at one of those jobs, please reach out.

Convention Chairs

Marketplace & Community – Master of the Marketplace. Find all the great and creative folks out there who wish to sell you the super cool stuff!

Special Events – Plans and executes all the big events at Keycon, wanna be in the Costume contest? This is the person you need to talk to, if they are not too busy planning the social or the Ice Cream social.

Operations – On-site Master of the Universe! Answers to the chairs but coordinates the daily chaos without breaking a sweat!

LeAmber Kensley

Publications – Puts together all the ways that we show ourselves to the world.

Phynix

Marketing & Advertising – An important part of our public face. Helps keep our community informed of all the Geeky Awesomeness we have planned.

Community Marketing Committee

Programming – Works with our guests and volunteers to deliver and schedule all of the cool things to do at the Convention.

Hospitality – Works with the Hospitality Suites to help them pull off the best Fandom parties in town.
